Legal Service Represents Gazprom EP International at 10th Anniversary St. Petersburg International Legal Forum
Alexander Nikiforov, Deputy Managing Director, HR and Legal, and Rasul Abdulloev, Head of Legal Department, took part in the 10th Anniversary St. Petersburg International Legal Forum.
During the Forum, Alexander Nikiforov made a presentation on the Redomiciliation of Companies in the Context of Sanctions at the meeting — White Nights for Neo-Lawyers / Top Management is Getting Ready — between general counsels and St. Petersburg’s division of Corporate Counsel Association of Russia. Among other things, he gave an analysis of the newly adopted amendments to the Russian Tax Code and Federal Law on International Companies and International Funds developed with the direct involvement of Gazprom EP International’s experts.
Gazprom EP International’s representatives attended core panel sessions on different aspects of contemporary law and discussed the most pressing challenges affecting major companies located in the Russian Federation and abroad, and primarily relating to asset and property protection, choice of appropriate law in the contractual relations, legal precedents in the labor legislation, etc.
